Who is Unleashed right for?
Unleashed presents itself as AI-powered inventory management software for small and mid-sized businesses, with typical customers between 5 and 500 employees. It is part of The Access Group and cites more than 5,500 customers. Its range runs "from make-to-order manufacturers to wholesale distributors", across manufacturing, distribution, food and beverage, brewing, beauty, medical devices and electronics. Unleashed is candid that it "is not a full ERP system".
The core is solid and broad. Unleashed's pricing page lists warehouse transfers, stock counts, multiple units of measure, batch and serial tracking, landed costs and stock alerts; sales orders, quotes, credit notes, backorders and pick lists; and purchasing with receipting, recosting after receipt and supplier returns. A Production and Manufacturing module adds bills of materials, assembly and disassembly and Kanban production planning. Shopify (including multiple stores), Amazon, WooCommerce, QuickBooks Online and Xero are all native, and the QuickBooks Online link sends invoices and bills across in real time.
If you are a distributor or light manufacturer that wants to start small and switch on modules such as production, forecasting or a B2B store as you need them, Unleashed is designed for that.
Where do growing product brands feel friction with Unleashed?
All of the following come from Unleashed's pricing, onboarding and marketplace pages.
- Order allowance. Every plan includes 100 sales orders a month. Higher volume is a paid upgrade in steps up to unlimited, and the entry Lite plan can only step up to 500. If you exceed the allocation in a month, Unleashed says an additional allocation "will be applied to your account in the months following". A DTC brand shipping a few hundred orders a week reaches this quickly.
- Users and integrations. Plans include 3 or 5 users and 3 or 5 integrations. Each extra user and each extra integration is charged monthly.
- Multi-warehouse by plan. Multi-Warehouse Management is available on Core and Pro, not on Lite.
- Modules as add-ons. Forecasting (Advanced Inventory Manager), multi-bin warehouse management, the B2B store, analytics, CRM and, below Pro, production are separately priced modules.
- Required onboarding. A paid FlightPath onboarding service "is required for all accounts". Implementation typically takes 4–6 weeks.
- ShipBob. It is not listed in the Unleashed app marketplace.
Unleashed's modular model rewards brands that need only part of it. Brands whose order count is high relative to their team pay for growth through the order allowance first.
How do the pricing models differ?
Unleashed combines a base tier with several meters. The tier sets included users, integrations and API calls; sales-order volume is bought in bands above the included 100 a month; extra users, extra integrations, warehouse devices and extra storage are each charged; modules are added on; support plans are separate; and onboarding is a required one-off fee. Monthly plans cancel on 30 days' notice and annual plans at the end of their term. See Unleashed's pricing page for the published figures.
SuppliFlex folds those meters into three flat monthly tiers. Each of Starter, Growth and Scale states its order volume, SKU count, warehouses and seats, and the price covers them: no usage fees, no per-seat fees for warehouse staff, no mandatory setup fee. Starter goes up to 500 orders a month, Growth to 2,000 and Scale to 7,500, so moving up is one decision rather than several add-ons. Prices are published on 23 November 2026 at general availability. See SuppliFlex pricing.
How does migration from Unleashed to SuppliFlex work?
Try before touching production. The sandbox opens 30 October 2026, the real SuppliFlex product on seeded data, no card required, ready in under a minute. The apparel seed pack covers DTC plus wholesale with B2B price lists, two warehouses and a 3PL; the consumer electronics pack covers serials, RMAs and marketplace spikes. A SuppliFlex-hosted simulator emits Shopify, Amazon, QuickBooks and carrier events every few minutes, so your team can rehearse a busy week.
On 13 November 2026 the production beta switches on real connectors, the migration wizard and CSV import. You can start a guided trial that connects Shopify, Amazon or QuickBooks read-only and shows your own orders and catalog. Sandboxes convert in place to paid workspaces, so setup work you do while evaluating is kept.
Evaluating Unleashed in parallel is easy too: it offers a 14-day free trial with no card, and its monthly plans cancel on 30 days' notice. The SuppliFlex sandbox lasts 30 days and can be extended. Load the same week of orders into both and compare what each one asks of your team at receiving, allocation and month end.
For a guided move, the pilot program pairs ten US brands with a founder who does the migration, runs a parallel period on real orders, and holds a call every two weeks through January.
Verdict: Unleashed or SuppliFlex?
Choose Unleashed if you manufacture or assemble, run a distribution business that values modules such as a B2B store or CRM, have modest monthly order counts, or want an established vendor with a large customer base and a parent group behind it.
Choose SuppliFlex if you are a US DTC and wholesale brand doing $2M–$15M, your monthly order count is in the hundreds or thousands, you ship through ShipBob, your own warehouse or FBA, and QuickBooks Online or Xero is your general ledger. SuppliFlex puts DTC, marketplace and wholesale orders in one queue, syncs two ways with a sync-freshness design target under 60 seconds at the 95th percentile, and surfaces exceptions such as oversell risk before they turn into cancelled orders.
SuppliFlex is new and pre-revenue, reaching general availability on 23 November 2026. Factor that in alongside the structure.
