Why does security matter for an operations platform?
SuppliFlex is meant to be the system of record for your inventory, orders, purchasing and accounting sync. That puts supplier prices, wholesale price lists, customer orders and your books in one place. This page lists exactly what protects that data today, what arrives at general availability and what is still a plan. If something is not on this page, we are not claiming it, and we will not let a sales conversation imply otherwise.
How is my data kept separate from other customers'?
Every workspace is isolated from every other tenant using row-level security. Isolation is enforced on each row of data, so one customer's records are not reachable from another customer's workspace.
How do people sign in?
SuppliFlex supports multi-factor authentication and passkeys. Passkeys let your team sign in with a device credential instead of a password. Single sign-on (SSO) and SCIM user provisioning arrive at general availability on Monday 23 November 2026; with SCIM, people added to or removed from your identity provider are added to or removed from SuppliFlex.
Can I see who changed what?
Yes. SuppliFlex keeps an audit log on every action. When a stock count is adjusted, a price list is edited or a purchase order is approved, the log records it. That matters for finance as much as for security: when a number looks wrong, you can trace how it got there.
How is access controlled?
Through roles and approvals. Roles limit what each person can see and do, so a warehouse lead and a finance lead do not need the same access. Approvals put a sign-off step in front of sensitive actions.

We do not hold a security certification today. We are a young company, and we would rather say that plainly than leave you to guess.
Who do I contact with security questions?
If you are evaluating SuppliFlex and need answers for a security review or vendor questionnaire, book a demo and bring your questions, or email legal@suppliflex.tech. We will answer what we can, point you to what you can check yourself in the product, and tell you plainly when something is not in place yet.
