Integration

Amazon integration

The SuppliFlex Amazon connector uses Amazon's Selling Partner API to bring marketplace orders into the same queue as Shopify and wholesale orders, and to track FBA stock as a location in the inventory ledger. Sync is two-way and near-real-time. It is simulated in the sandbox now and live from 13 Nov 2026.

What does the Amazon connector do in SuppliFlex?

Amazon is usually the channel with the most moving parts for a product brand: its own stock at FBA, its own order flow, its own reports. The SuppliFlex connector pulls that into the same system of record as the rest of the business. Amazon orders sit in one queue with your Shopify and wholesale orders, and FBA stock sits in one ledger with your own warehouses and 3PLs.

The connector is built on Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API), Amazon's current interface for sellers.

What syncs between Amazon and SuppliFlex?

Sync runs in both directions and is organised around the SuppliFlex modules it feeds:

  • Order queue. Amazon orders arrive in the order queue and are visible next to every other channel.
  • Inventory ledger. Amazon FBA is a location in the append-only ledger, per SKU, so a single view shows stock on your shelves, at a 3PL and at Amazon. FBA quantities are read from Amazon into that location.
  • Available quantities. For units you ship yourself, SuppliFlex keeps the quantity Amazon offers in step with the ledger.
  • Returns. Returns and RMAs are tracked in SuppliFlex so a returned unit is accounted for before it is counted as sellable again.

Each Amazon movement that affects stock or money then flows through to the AP, AR and inventory sub-ledgers that sync to QuickBooks Online or Xero.

How often does Amazon sync?

Near-real-time. SuppliFlex is built for "seconds, not nightly batches", and its sync-freshness design target is under 60 seconds at the 95th percentile. For an Amazon seller the practical point is that a spike in marketplace orders reaches the ledger while there is still time to react, rather than appearing in the next morning's report.

What happens when Amazon's numbers do not match the ledger?

Marketplace data and your own records drift for ordinary reasons: a unit received at FBA in a different quantity than you shipped, a customer return that has not been checked yet, a failed call to the API. SuppliFlex does not paper over these.

Every discrepancy goes to the exception inbox with its cause and a one-click fix. In the beta the conflict policy is "always ask", so a person approves which figure is right. The fix is written as a new ledger entry, which leaves an audit trail of what changed.

The inbox also works ahead of problems. When demand on a channel spikes, it raises oversell risk; when a supplier keeps missing delivery windows, it shows a projected stockout date. Both are the kind of signal that matters most for a fast-moving Amazon listing.

What is simulated in the sandbox, and what is live from 13 November?

The public sandbox opens Fri 30 Oct 2026 at 12:00 CT. Its simulator emits Amazon events every few minutes on seeded data. The consumer electronics seed pack is the best fit for Amazon sellers: it carries 18 months of history with serial numbers, returns and RMAs, marketplace spikes and carrier tracking. You can use the time machine to jump to end of day and see how a spike played through stock, orders and the books.

From the production beta on Fri 13 Nov 2026:

  • The Amazon connector is live on real seller accounts.
  • The guided trial lets you connect Amazon read-only and see your own catalog and orders.
  • Design partners run SuppliFlex as their system of record, using the migration wizard or CSV import.

Anything not yet in production is labelled "coming to production" inside the sandbox, so you know which parts you are seeing ahead of time.

Which SuppliFlex plan includes Amazon?

Amazon is included from Starter, the entry tier, which covers up to 500 orders and 500 SKUs a month. Growth goes to 2,000 orders and 2,000 SKUs; Scale goes to 7,500 orders and 10,000 SKUs. If you keep stock at a 3PL as well as at FBA, note that 3PL connectors sit in the Scale tier; see 3PL integrations. Prices are published at general availability on 23 Nov 2026, and the first 15 workspaces get 80% off for three months. Details on pricing.

How do you get started with Amazon?

Open the sandbox and load the consumer electronics seed pack to see Amazon orders, FBA stock and exceptions on realistic data. From 13 Nov, connect your seller account read-only through the guided trial. Brands that sell on Amazon or Shopify and keep their books in QuickBooks Online or Xero can apply to the pilot program, where a founder handles the migration with you. To see the connector against your own catalog, book a demo.

Questions

Does SuppliFlex treat FBA stock separately from my own warehouse?
FBA is its own location in the same ledger. You see units in your warehouses, at a 3PL and at Amazon side by side, per SKU, instead of in separate reports.
Can I try the Amazon connector with my own seller account?
From 13 Nov 2026 the guided trial lets you connect Amazon read-only and see your own catalog and orders. Before then, the sandbox simulates Amazon events on seeded data.
What happens during a demand spike on Amazon?
The exception inbox raises an oversell-risk alert when channel demand spikes, so you can act on stock across channels before orders exceed what you hold.
